Why Are FootActive Sensi Insoles Good for Diabetes?
Diabetes means you have to take extra care of your feet. Because of raised glucose levels, damage can easily occur in the lower extremities, causing wounds and ulcers to quickly open up and bleed.
FootActive Sensi Insoles provide a soft and flexible base for the foot, preventing sudden contact with the pavement that might otherwise be the trigger point for causing blisters and ulcers. Their revolutionary P.U. base and Plastazote top layer maximise comfort for tired and fatigued feet, allowing you to walk with confidence again.
How Do FootActive Soft and Comfortable Insoles Help With Arthritis?
If you have arthritis in your ankles or feet, it's important your insoles not only cushion your foot, but that they do everything possible to promote correct posture and alignment. FootActive Sensi Insoles are anatomically shaped to gently cradle the arch and position the heel, so your ankles stay on a central beam to provide a solid platform for healing and rehabilitation.
Innovative Shock and Impact Reduction
If you have ulcers, tenderness, sensitivity or you're at risk of developing neuropathy due to diabetes, you need shoes that are going to cushion your feet against sudden shock and impact. FootActive Sensi Insoles are made with a P.U. base and feature twin absorption pads at the forefoot and heel to mitigate sudden contact with terrain underfoot.
Pressure Reducing Gel Heel Pad
FootActive Sensi Insoles feature a stabilising heel cap that is reinforced underneath by a shock-absorbing heel pad. This innovative technology is mirrored at the forefoot, where a second cushioned pad is located to ensure the entire foot is protected, whether you're exercising or walking.
Who Can Benefit from FootActive Sensi Insoles?
FootActive Sensi Insoles are brilliant for anyone who's concerned about the sensitivity of their feet. They're a great solution for a range of conditions, including:
- Diabetes
- Arthritis
- Knee Pain
- Sensitive Feet
- Blisters
- Fatigued Joints
Actively Prevent Would Development, Neuropathy and Ulceration
Unlike other expensive solutions, FootActive Sensi Inoles are an inexpensive and affordable way of tackling neuropathy in tender feet. Whether you're already experiencing tenderness and sensitivity in your feet, or you've been diagnosed with arthritis or diabetes and are concerned about the future, they're great for slipping into your shoes to tackle ulceration and tenderness.
Even Distribution of Pressure
For those with tender and sensitive feet, pressure distribution is vital. Wearing rigid insoles that are hard and rugged or simply leaving the flimsy factory insoles that come standard with trainers will only serve to make your condition worse.
A sure fire way to make sure your shoes aren't aggravating your condition is with a proper pair of insoles. FootActive Sensi Insoles are specifically designed with multiple shock and pressure distribution points that spread tension evenly across the foot to prevent ulcers, blisters and pressure points from arising.
Which Shoe Styles Are Suitable?
Because of their ergonomic and slender design, FootActive Sensi Insoles are suitable for use inside almost any style of shoe. That includes dress shoes, boots, trainers, sports and running shoes, loafers, work shoes and more.

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit
Using Your Shoe Size
For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.
Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.
Measuring Your Current Insoles
While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.
To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
- Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
- Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results
Where Can I Find the Dimensions?
The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?
If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.
Trimming Your Insoles to Fit
To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:
- Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
- Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
- Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
- Carefully cut along the traced line
- Your insoles should now fit your shoes better
Carefully trace the outline of your insole
Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.
