Comfortable full length orthotic for pronating feet. Good price and good delivery time. Happy with purchase
I wanted a second pair of insoles to avoid having to remove and reinsert each time I changed shoes. These are almost exactly the same as the insoles I had been given and the extra bits provided allowed me to adapt them in the same way too. Very pleased.
The insoles themselves are OK, but I was totally confused by the large bag of bits (I suppose you would call them wedges, or whatever) which turned up with them, with no explanation or interpretation whatsoever. I telephoned to ask about this, and said it was like receiving a jigsaw with no picture on the box. I was told that these adhesive wedges should be fitted by a "medical professional". What does that mean? A GP with whom I can never get a face-to-face consultation? A private podiatrist, who will cost a fortune? An Orthopaedic specialist - fat chance? The insoles themselves are OK, as I say - but if I had a narrower foot they wouldn't have fitted my shoes. Altogether a disappointing purchase.
Response:
Hi Eric,
Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review with us. We appreciate your feedback.
Regarding the contents of your order, we have a detailed breakdown of exactly what is included on our product page. As these insoles are highly customisable, our product page also advises that the tailored orthotic extras that come with your insoles should be fitted by a professional who can alter the insole to treat a range of different foot conditions.
Elite Full Length Orthotics can be used without these extras and will provide a cushioning base for your feet, however as per our guidance on our product page, we do recommend that any orthotic extras, wedges and postings are fitted by a professional.
We hope you find this information useful and that we hear from you again soon.
Kind regards,

For someone who has walked over on her ankle for years (over supination)and never found anything to correct her supination these worked a treat.Immediately she felt more secure to walk which impacted the knee I was treating!
Bought these insoles due to acute achilles tendonitis. They came with lots of little pads to adjust them to the correct height/angle etc which was very good, enabling me to make them very comfortable. The reason why I have only given 4 starts is that at £25 I expected them to be of better quality, the underside is a thin form of felt and they feel very cardboardy so I don’t think they’ll last. Was expecting something more silicone-like. We’ll see what happens, but I wouldn’t buy them again as I don’t think they’re value for money, good to get you out of a scrape following an injury though.
I bought these to replace a pair that are no longer available. I like this because they come in a high density version for those of us with a few extra stone. Quite hard initially, but improve as you wear them. Very pleased and I will be buying more pairs shortly. Expensive but worth it for comfortable trainers.
Excellent service provider, and great item.
I have been very pleased with the service I’ve experienced so far. Communication is good and I always receive the items quickly.
Goods arrived quickly. Insoles good quality, come with little wedges which are great to give you the perfect fit.
