Pro11 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles
Made from medical-grade silicone with an anatomical design, the Pro11 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles provide resilient and long-lasting arch support. Featuring special pads at the heels and balls of the feet, these insoles also provide excellent shock absorption during propulsion and relieve the pressure of standing to alleviate and prevent pain.
Who Can Benefit from the Pro11 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles?
The Pro11 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles are made from 100% medical-grade silicone, which is soft but durable. They will retain their shape, providing reliable and long-lasting support, and can be washed with warm water and soap for better hygiene.
Arch Support
The Pro11 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles are anatomically designed to support the longitudinal and transverse arches. As store-bought shoes don't provide arch support that is suitable for everyone, using the Pro11 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles is likely to enhance your overall comfort level, even if you don't have a foot condition or suffer arch pain.
These insoles are suitable for people who need additional arch support due to a foot deformity or medical conditions. They can help to alleviate pain associated with flat feet, weak arches, high arches, fallen arches and plantar fasciitis.
Shock Absorption
The 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles feature a deep heel cup, which provides exceptional shock absorption at the heel, where impact is felt the most during walking, running and landing. This cupped design also enhances comfort and improves stability and control. All of this helps to reduce fatigue, alleviate heel and ball-of-foot pain and prevent injury in these areas.
Pressure Relief
When standing, our heels and the balls of our feet take a lot of pressure, which can cause pain in these parts of the foot, as well as encourage us to adopt poor foot posture in an attempt to shift weight off these areas. The Pro11 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles feature soft density silicone pads at the heels and balls of the feet that cushion these areas to reduce pressure when you're on your feet. These pads help to reduce pain in these areas, as well as help to correct poor foot and ankle posture, which may reduce any knee, hip and lower back pain caused by foot and ankle misalignment.
Treatment of Foot Conditions
Numerous studies have shown that there is a connection between diabetes and foot pain, with many diabetics suffering frequent foot conditions that can worsen if left untreated. Specific problems that commonly plague diabetics are plantar fasciitis, heel pain and heel spurs. One solution to this problem is to use heel and arch support insoles, such as the Pro11 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles, which can help to alleviate plantar fasciitis and heel pain, as well as prevent the development of heel spurs.
Sizing and Fitting of the 3/4 Length Silicone Insoles
The 3/4 length of these insoles makes them suitable for a wide range of shoe styles, including those that are too narrow or pointed to fit a full-length insole. These unisex insoles are available in the following sizes:

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit
Using Your Shoe Size
For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.
Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.
Measuring Your Current Insoles
While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.
To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
- Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
- Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results
Where Can I Find the Dimensions?
The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.
The dimensions of insoles can usually be found on the "Product Details" tab
What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?
If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.
Trimming Your Insoles to Fit
To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:
- Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
- Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
- Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
- Carefully cut along the traced line
- Your insoles should now fit your shoes better
Carefully trace the outline of your insole
Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.
