Key Features and Benefits
These insoles utilise the best of Superfeet's advanced insole technology to generate robust and long-lasting foot support. To provide the most comfortable and efficient running experience possible, the Superfeet High Arch Insoles include:
- Aerospring Rebound Dual Comfort Foam layer: Offers comfort for the full length of your foot
- High Arch Support: Provides stability as you move, alleviating stress in feet, ankles and other joints
- Evolyte Carbon Fibre Stabilizer Cap: Maintains the shape of your insole after compression, to expand its lifespan and maintain dynamic support
- Deep Heel Cup: Supports the heel to generate additional shock absorption and cushioning
- Heel Impact Technology (HIT) Pod: Disperses impact away from the heel, reducing discomfort and risk of injury
- Superfeet Moisturewick technology: Aids in wicking away sweat to minimise foot and shoe odour
Uses of the Arch Support Insoles
While specifically developed for running, the RUN Comfort Insoles are versatile, and suited for a range of high-impact activities. Some of these include (but aren't limited to):
- A variety of running sports, on soft or hard surfaces
- Court sports such as tennis, squash or basketball
- Field sports like football or rugby
- Walking and hiking
- Golfing
How Do These Insoles Work?
These insoles integrate full-foot cushioning foam with a carbon fibre stabiliser cup to guide your stride and spring into good posture. This allows your gait to remain efficient for miles on end.
At the same time the deep heel cup works alongside Superfeet's HIT heel pod to prevent unnecessary impact on the heel and avoid injury. Impact is distributed across your foot to avoid localised burn or stress.
Who Are These Insoles For?
These insoles are excellent for anyone who experiences foot fatigue or pain while running. They offer a balance of performance enhancing and comfort maximising properties to revolutionise your experience.
Will the Superfeet RUN Comfort Insoles Improve My Running?
The Aerospring Rebound Dual Comfort Foam of these insoles is not only uniquely comfortable, but also aids in the efficient transfer of energy through your stride. By distributing the impact across your feet, these insoles also reduce the risk of strain and injury on your feet. This allows you to run at your best for longer and safer than before.
Will the High Arch Insoles Reduce My Foot Odour?
The Moisturewick technology in these insoles uses advanced materials to wick away sweat from your feet. Not only does this improve your comfort and reduce the risk of blistering, it also minimises the potential for bacteria to grow, which would cause odour.
How Long Will These Superfeet Insoles Last?
The specific longevity of your insoles will depend on your use, but due to their durable construction these insoles should continue to offer robust support for up to twelve months or 500 miles.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you aren't completely satisfied with the comfort or performance of your Superfeet Insoles, simply return them within 60 days of purchase to receive credit or a refund. Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit
Using Your Shoe Size
For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.
Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.
Measuring Your Current Insoles
While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.
To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
- Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
- Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results
Where Can I Find the Dimensions?
The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit
To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:
- Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
- Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
- Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
- Carefully cut along the traced line
- Your insoles should now fit your shoes better
Carefully trace the outline of your insole
Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.
