What Activities Can I Use Plantar Fasciitis Insoles For?

Due to the versatility of these insoles and the benefits they offer, these Pain Relief Insoles can be worn for a number of sporting activities as well as running. You will find them extremely comfortable to carry out any physical activity that involves repeated impact between your feet and the floor, including:

  • A variety of running sports, on soft or hard surfaces
  • Court sports such as tennis, squash or basketball
  • Field sports like football or rugby
  • Walking and hiking

Will the Pain Relief Insoles Help With Plantar Fasciitis?

Yes, these insoles are specially designed with medium to high arch orthotic support to stabilise the foot while running, thereby reducing stress on feet, ankles and heels.

The removable heel stabilisers work to keep the deep heel cup and supportive shape of these insoles close to your feet and prevent the worst of repetitive impact from meeting your heel. The therapeutic foam also works to minimise friction and prevent hot-spots from developing in common areas like the heels and balls of your feet.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Removable heel stabilisers which offer additional support and ensure a close fit across the foot
  • Medium to high arch orthotic support to stabilise the foot while running, reducing stress on feet, ankles, knees and back
  • Theraputic foam layer, which offers comprehensive cushioning and protection to the foot to prevent the generation of friction or hot-spots
  • Evolyte carbon fibre stabiliser sap which maintains the shape of your insole after compression, to expand its lifespan and maintain dynamic support
  • Deep, reinforced heel cup which supports the heel to generate additional shock absorption and cushioning
  • Supportive structure which works to minimise the impact of repetitive stress on your foot
  • Superfeet moisturewick technology, which aids in wicking sweat to minimise foot and shoe odour

How Do The Superfeet Run Insoles Work?

Supported by independent heel stabilisers, these insoles make use of a therapeutic foam to provide close and comfortable support across the length of the foot, while minimising friction and preventing the emergence of hot-spots.

Additionally, the Moisturewick material helps to wick away sweat in order to prevent discomfort, the formation of blisters or the development of odour.

Who Are These Insoles For?

These insoles are designed for anyone who experiences foot fatigue or pain while running, particularly discomfort as a result of repetitive stress. You can trim them to fit your shoe size and discover their performance enhancing properties to revolutionise your experience.

Will the Pain Relief Insoles Reduce My Foot Odour?

The Moisturewick technology in these insoles uses advanced materials to wick away sweat from your feet. Not only does this improve your comfort and reduce the risk of blistering, it also minimises the potential for bacteria to grow, which would cause odour.

How Long Will the Plantar Fasciitis Insoles Last?

The specific longevity of your insoles will depend on your use, but due to their durable construction these insoles should continue to offer robust support for up to twelve months or 500 miles, whichever comes first.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you aren't completely satisfied with the comfort or performance of your Superfeet Insoles, simply return them within 60 days of purchase to receive credit or a refund. This does not apply to products that have been damaged, misused or abused or those that have been incorrectly trimmed or cleaned resulting in damage.

Insole Sizing Guide

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
  2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
  3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?

If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
  2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
  3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
  4. Carefully cut along the traced line
  5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Trace the outline of your existing insoles
Carefully trace the outline of your insole

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.

If you would like a more detailed guide to trimming your insoles, please read our full guide on How to Trim Your Insoles.

Who knew insoles could make such a difference?
Rating:
13 August 2022  |  Lesley

We've been using Superfeet insoles in hiking boots and shoes for some years, and I suggested my husband try these for running. He became a convert on the very first run, saying "Who knew insoles could make such a difference?" He's now keen to get them for all his running shoes.

Was this helpful to you?  Yes  /  No

Response:

Hi Lesley,

Great to hear from you! We're glad you and your husband are still happy with the quality of Superfeet insoles all these years on. We aim to cover all the bases with our range of products, with insoles tailored for as many sports and activities as possible.

Thanks again for your complimentary testimony. We hope this isn't the last time we hear from you and that you both continue to get the most out of your Superfeet insoles.

Kind regards,

Seth at ShoeInsoles.co.uk
