Designed to provide both comfort and support to feet, the Therm-IC Heat 3D Heated Insoles Set with C-Pack 1700B Bluetooth Battery is ideal for anyone on their feet in cold weather, be it for skiing or just going down to the shops. Directly providing warmth, the insoles are ideal for anyone with cold feet and are also fantastic for protecting feet against Raynaud's disease by maintaining a constantly warm temperature.
Integrated Heating Element
The Heat 3D Heated Insoles feature an integrated heating element, enabling your feet to maintain a temperature that's comfortable for you. Made using high-quality materials, the heating elements spread heat across the sole of your foot, protecting it from cold weather.
3D Anatomical Shape
As well as providing warmth to feet, the insoles also feature a 3D anatomical shape. This gives feet hold and stability, helping provide additional comfort and support – ideal for use during activity. What's more, this support and the EVA foam construction of the insoles also help to distribute pressure evenly, protecting feet from strain and improving comfort further.
C-Pack 1700B Battery Set
The Heat 3D Insoles set includes a pair of Therm-IC C-Pack 1700B Bluetooth batteries to power the heating elements. Providing warmth to feet for up to 29 hours, the battery is ideal for use throughout the day. The batteries easily clip onto the back of boots and shoes for easy control – perfect for use with ski boots.
A USB charger is included, making it incredibly easy to charge the battery when not in use. Battery charging takes between four to five hours for a full charge, ensuring they're ready when you are.
To help you get the level of warmth your feet need, the C-Pack 1700B features three heat levels – low, average and high. The battery life at each of these levels is:
- Low: 21 - 29 hours
- Average: 9 - 13 hours
- High: 4 - 6 hours
The Bluetooth connectivity in the battery enables you to control the heat pads using your smartphone. Available for iOS and Android, the app provides you with everything you need for full control of the heating elements, making it easy to adjust the heat level while on the move.

Sizing of the Therm-IC Heat 3D Heated Insoles
The Therm-IC Heat 3D Heated Insoles are available in six sizes from Extra Small to XX-Large. Use the table below to find the size that's right for you:

The Therm-IC Heat 3D insoles are approximately 3mm to 4mm thick, and can be used atop existing shoe insoles or as a replacement to best suit your footwear.
Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit
Using Your Shoe Size
For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.
Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.
Measuring Your Current Insoles
While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.
To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
- Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
- Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit
To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:
- Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
- Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
- Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
- Carefully cut along the traced line
- Your insoles should now fit your shoes better
