Who Can Benefit from Wearing the Sidas Medium Arch Work Insoles?

Demanding work is only made harder with sore feet but you don't need to let foot fatigue or joint pain obstruct the efficiency of your working day. These insoles use gel heel cushioning and an anatomical EVA arch support to protect your feet against stresses and ailments that they face daily while an anti-static strip makes these insoles suitable for industrial labouring.

Static Discharge Prevention

Whether it be manufacturing or engineering, in an industrial workplace even the smallest electrostatic discharge can cause huge problems. These insoles reduce the risk of these incidents featuring an anti-static strip in the forefoot that helps to reduce any excess electrical static naturally developing from friction within your shoe, keeping you safe and your feet supported.

What Certifications Do These Insoles Have?

These electrical hazard compliant insoles are ESD certified so that you can be assured of the technical excellence of the Sidas Work Medium Arch Insoles. Meeting the requirements established by the Electrostatic Discharge Control that ensures no charge greater than or equal to 100 volts will be released by the user. For optimum protection, these insoles should be used alongside other anti-static clothing.

Anatomical Arch Support

Featuring an EVA arch support shell, these insoles encourage correct foot alignment within your shoe which in turn promotes better posture. Choose these insoles for a natural assist against foot pain and fatigue with exceptional support that is also comfortable.

Care For Your Joints

The Sidas 3Feet Work Medium Arch Insoles are built with a shock-absorbent gel pad in the heel that distributes pressure away from key impact zones to reduce any shocks that your feet face across the working day. This not only combats general foot pain and fatigue but also has long-term benefits, protecting your joints from progressive damage.

How Hygienic Are These Insoles?

Perspiration is natural and working on your feet all day in a hot industrial environment can lead to poor foot hygiene which may result in other issues such as foot odour. These insoles feature a micro-fibre topcover that is not only comfortable but will also help to keep feet fresh by providing microbial resistance thanks to its anti-bacterial properties.

Key Features of the Sidas 3Feet Work Medium Arch Insoles

  • EVA arch support encourages correct alignment to keep your feet comfortably supported
  • Forefoot strip is anti-static to safely dissipates electrostatic discharge for industrial work
  • Comfortable, anti-bacterial topcover promotes foot hygiene during long periods of wear
  • Shock-absorbent heel pad distributes pressure to protect your feet and joints from impact

What Kind of Arches Do I Have?

To reduce foot pain and improve comfort in your everyday life, look no further than arch supporting insoles. For these insoles to work effectively, you must select the arch support that is right for you. You can find out whether you have low, medium or high arches by following the simple steps below.

  1. Wet your foot and step onto a surface that will allow you to see the print of your foot once you have taken it away
  2. Low arches: indicated by the print showing your whole foot
  3. Medium arches: indicated by the print showing a clear outline of your foot, with the ball of your foot and your heel connected by a strip
  4. High arches: indicated by an extremely thin, possibly disjointed line connecting your ball of foot and heel markings

Which Sidas 3Feet Insoles Should I Choose?

These insoles are available with three levels of arch support. Refer to the "What Kind of Arches Do I Have" section to determine your arch type, then choose from one of these insoles:

Insole Sizing Guide

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
  2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
  3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?

If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
  2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
  3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
  4. Carefully cut along the traced line
  5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Trace the outline of your existing insoles
Carefully trace the outline of your insole

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.

If you would like a more detailed guide to trimming your insoles, please read our full guide on How to Trim Your Insoles.
