Aetrex Lynco Low Profile Customisable L1125 Supported Orthotics

Engineered for slimline support, the Aetrex Lynco Low Profile Customisable L1125 Supported Orthotics provide maximum comfort in footwear without removable footbeds, such as men's formal shoes. Since they are uniquely low profile, these insoles help to redistribute weight around the feet and away from the metatarsals without bulking out the shoe, and they are perfect for users with low arches or flat feet.

Who Are These Insoles For?

These low-profile insoles are ideal for anyone with low arches or flat feet who is experiencing discomfort or pressure in the ball of their feet or along their metatarsals. Because of their compact size, these insoles are perfect for wearing in men's formal shoes, such as to work or at formal events.

What Are the Key Benefits of These Insoles?

Although the L1125s are slim and lightweight, they deliver improved performance and comfort. The core of these insoles contains AeroCell polyurethane for day-long support and shape retention, while the soft microfibre top covers help to keep moisture and bacteria away, helping to eradicate foot odour.

Do These Insoles Feature Rearfoot Postings?

Yes, these insoles are made with 6° medial rearfoot postings. This helps to slightly turn the heel to battle overpronation and keep your feet aligned.

Features of the L1125 Supported Orthotics

To help reduce discomfort across your feet at the same time as improving foot posture, these insoles feature the following:

  • Posted rearfoot – improves posture and reduces overpronation
  • Slimline, low profile design – ideal for those with low arches or flat feet
  • Metatarsal bump – distributes pressure more evenly, soothing the ball of the feet and the metatarsals

How Do These Insoles Help with Over-Pronation?

The posted rear-foot design of these insoles helps to control overpronation while balancing the rear-foot. This helps to correct foot posture throughout your gait in order to reduce stress on your ankles and improve balance.

How Does the Metatarsal Support Work?

These insoles feature a metatarsal bump in the centre of the foot to reduce discomfort and distribute pressure away from the ball of your foot. This helps to reduce strain on your metatarsals which can have comforting effects across the length of your foot, as well as reduce the chance of pressure sores or blisters emerging in high impact areas.

How Do These Insoles Help Low Arch Feet?

With a shallow profile across the length of the foot, these insoles are perfect for use by those with low arches and even

What Kinds of Shoes Are These Insoles Compatible With?

The slim design of these insoles is highly compatible with most lace-up shoes. They are ideal for wearing in casual trainers or smart men's dress shoes.

Insole Sizing Guide

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
  2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
  3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

The dimensions of insoles can usually be found on the "Product Details" tab

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?

If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
  2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
  3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
  4. Carefully cut along the traced line
  5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Trace the outline of your existing insoles
Carefully trace the outline of your insole

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.

If you would like a more detailed guide to trimming your insoles, please read our full guide on How to Trim Your Insoles.
