The three-quarter-length of the Pro11 3/4 Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis and Over-Pronation makes them ideal for most men's and women's shoes, including narrow and pointed-toe shoes, and they are a comfortable option for first-time orthotics users.

What's Included?

  • 1 x Pair of Insoles

Sizing Information for Pro11 3/4 Insoles

Pro11 3/4 Length Insoles are available in five sizes that should suit most adults. To find your best size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.

To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insoles from your shoes and measuring the width at the widest point. Match this width to the dimensions listed below in order to find the pair that will best fit your shoes.

How to measure your insole

UK Shoe Size EU Shoe Size Dimensions (Length x Width)
Size 3 - 4.5 Size 35.5 - 37.5 146 x 66mm
Size 5 - 6.5 Size 38 - 40  155 x 70mm
Size 7 - 8.5 Size 41 - 42.5 167 x 75mm

Size 11 - 13 Size 46 - 48 182 x 85mm

How Thick are Pro11 3/4 Length Insoles?

Thickness matters when buying an insole. To give you a better visual representation of how your new insoles will look inside your shoe, please take a look at the image below:

How thick are Pro11 3/4 Insoles?

If you're after exact measurements, we've also got you covered:

  • Heel Thickness: 6mm
  • Arch at Highest Point: 20mm
  • Midfoot Thickness: 4mm

Ideal for First-Time Orthotics Users

The blue EVA foam used to manufacture the Pro11 Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis and Over-Pronation provides comfortable support. Not too hard underfoot, these insoles are ideal for first-time orthotics users.

Cushion the First Metatarsal Bone

The Pro11 3/4 Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis and Over-Pronation provide cushioning under the first metatarsal bone to reduce pressure and shock in this area of the foot during propulsion. This helps to relieve pain and discomfort in this area. This cushioning also allows plantarflexion of the first ray and facilitates the Windlass Mechanism, which stabilises the foot during propulsion.

Suitable for Most Shoe Styles

Due to their length, the 3/4 Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis and Over-Pronation are designed to fit inside of most men's and women's closed shoes, without compromising on support. They are even suitable for pointed-toe and narrow shoes that will not fit a full-length orthotic insole.

Provide Medial Arch Support

The Pro11 Insoles For Plantar Fasciitis and Over-Pronation utilise the "classic" tried and proven Formthotics arch profile, which has been used successfully by health professionals around the world for over 25 years. This profile provides arch support to improve the natural posture of your feet. This helps to correct over-pronation, which improves alignment of the lower limbs, enhances your balance and stability, and provides heel strike shock absorption.

Enhance Stability

The deep heel cup incorporated in these insoles provides added stability. The cushioned recess built into the lateral outside border of the heel cup reduces the shock of heel strick, decreases the velocity of rearfoot pronation and decreases shoe wear on the outside of the heel.

Insole Sizing Guide

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
  2. Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
  3. Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Where Can I Find the Dimensions?

The dimensions for insoles can be found on the "Product Details" tab (please see below) and are usually found in the sizing section of the listing, in a table. Please be aware that not all products currently have the dimensions listed.

The dimensions of insoles can usually be found on the "Product Details" tab

What If There Are No Dimensions Listed?

If you do not see the dimensions listed on the Product Details tab, please fill in the form below and we will work to get the relevant information as quickly as possible. We will email you once we have the information that you have requested.

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
  2. Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
  3. Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
  4. Carefully cut along the traced line
  5. Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Trace the outline of your existing insoles
Carefully trace the outline of your insole

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.

If you would like a more detailed guide to trimming your insoles, please read our full guide on How to Trim Your Insoles.

Response:

Hi Deborah,

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review with us. We really appreciate your feedback.

We're sorry to hear your insoles haven't provided the relief you're after. If arch height and padding is an issue, I've linked to a different pair of insoles below that might work better for you. Pedag Viva Mini Insoles have a slightly lower arch and are less padded, meaning the support your arch gets feels slightly firmer.

We hope you find this information valuable and thanks again for taking the time to leave a review with us.

Kind regards,

Seth at ShoeInsoles.co.uk

As usual - Proll 3/4 insoles fit and comfort are fine, particularly so if I'm able to insert the insole underneath the memory foam of the shoe/golf shoe/trainer. This prevents the insole from slipping. I have a pair for every shoe and they just stay in place.
