The Shock Absorbing Insoles are available in four different sizes that should suit most adults. To find your best size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.

To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the longest and widest point as shown in the image below. Match these measurements to the dimensions listed below in order to find the pair that will best fit your shoes.

Can I Trim the Airr Insoles?

If you find that your Airr insoles are a bit too big for you, then they can be trimmed down a bit at the toes. It is advised that you use your shoe's existing insole to trace around for an optimal fit.

What Types of Footwear Are Suitable for the Airr Insoles?

Due to the slim and contoured design of the Sof Sole Airr Insoles, they are ideal for most shoes and footwear types. This means you can wear them as work boot insoles, casual shoe insoles, trainer insoles, and even formal footwear insoles.

Do I Need to Remove My Existing Insoles?

Whether or not you choose to remove your existing insoles is largely down to your own personal preference. The Airr insoles should fit snugly into your footwear, and you may find that leaving your existing insoles in place helps with this.

How Do I Clean My Airr Insoles?

Once they have been removed from your footwear, you can wash your Sof Sole Airr Insoles with hand soap or gentle detergent. They can then be air dried before reinserting them into your shoes.

Our Guide to Finding the Perfect Size and Fit

Using Your Shoe Size

For most of our insoles, the easiest way to find the best size for you is to go off of your current shoe size. The majority of our insoles are available in a range of sizes and you can simply select the size that best fits your existing shoes.

Please be aware that, as with shoes, there can be slight variations in the size of insoles. For example a size 8 of one brand might not be exactly the same size and width as the size 8 of another. To help account for these discrepancies, a number of our insoles include dimensions to help you ensure you're getting the right size.

Measuring Your Current Insoles

While using your shoe size to find your best size is a good guide, it is not always foolproof. If you want to guarantee that your insole fit your shoes as closely as possible, we recommend measuring your existing insole and using this as a guide to your size.

To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:

Remove the existing insole from the shoes you wish to use your new insoles with (please note that not all insoles are removable)
Measure the insoles at their longest and widest points (see the below diagram for an idea of where this will be
Match the measurements to the dimensions of the insoles listed, and choose the size that best fits your results

Trimming Your Insoles to Fit

To get the ultimate level of fit from your insoles, you can trim them to make a small adjustment. To trim your insoles, simply follow the steps below:

Remove your existing insoles from your shoes
Line up your existing and new insoles at the heel
Trace the outline of the insoles against the new pair at the toe end (see the image below for an example)
Carefully cut along the traced line
Your insoles should now fit your shoes better

Please note that not all insoles are suitable for trimming. Most insoles are unsuitable for return once they have been trimmed to fit; we recommend bearing this in mind prior to trimming.

Great insoles but..

These insoles are great, really comfotable and cushioned. They arrived promply but the box had been torn open and the insoles were not inserted into the box correctly, I felt that these insoles had perhaps been
tried and returned to Shoe insoles because the postal packaging was in
a secure state.
I pointed this out to Shoe insoles who said it had probably been damaged in transit which definitly wasn't the case, I asked if they sell returns and they totally ignored my email.
This is such a shame because the insoles are brilliant but if I'm buying a return a wouldn't mind knowing that.
I have now bought another pair of insoles from another company because of the lack of transparancy from Shoe insoles.

I have had many pairs of these insoles. They are brilliant. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and Morton's neuroma in the past and need to ensure my feet are comfortable at all times. I wear trainers most of the time and do a lot of walking, mainly urban but also trails and hills.
