Sorbothane Shock Stopper Heel Pads are available in three different sizes. To find the right one for you, simply match your UK shoe size to the sizing chart below.

If you're after a more accurate and tailored fit, we recommend removing an existing heel pad and measuring it at the longest and widest point. This ensures that your new heel pads fit just as well as your current pair.

A common question we get is "how do I fit my heel pads?" Thankfully, the answer is simple! Simply place your heel pads into the back of a shoe with the tacky, red side down. Press down gently and watch as they adhere to the fabric of your shoe insole. They will stick firmly to the sole but remain easy to remove if you choose to wear a different pair of shoes!
